RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Our return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days from the date you received the item for a refund. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in original packaging (including box, dust bag, tags). You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any returned Products that are used, damaged, excluding packaging materials, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

How to return goods:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting return will not be accepted. Returns are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracking service.

 

Product is damaged or wrong

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Exchange

We will exchange products of the same type in different colors. We cannot accept changes for items of a different style or different value. Any items marked FINAL SOLD are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Refund

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days; original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Late return

At Crookskira’s discretion, any Products returned outside the return period may not be accepted.

 

Late or Missing refund

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
